Campaign "Request for change in the health sector tariff system"

The Iranian Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Association, in line with the events that have taken place in determining the disproportionate tariff for health services, has organized a campaign in a civil action with the maximum support of the medical community in support of the organization of the medical system.

Request for change in the health sector tariff system

Hello 
We would like to remind a group of members of the medical community of the country that following some statements and actions with inappropriate goals against the holy medical community, we are witnessing disagreements over the issue of determining the annual tariff for health services.

Certainly, the medical community of the country, understanding the current situation, did not want to impose heavy and unconventional tariffs, but on the other hand, despite the high inflation rate and skyrocketing prices of equipment, consumables, technical services, staff salaries, taxes and pressure It has borne a heavy burden and with the expectation of mutual understanding from the respected officials of the system, it wants to make rational, fair and fact-based decisions, with the aim of not being grounded in providing services.

Undoubtedly, the best way to maximize health services in the honorable nation of Iran is to expand and increase the share of health insurance; Not unprofessional and challenging interventions in announced tariffs to make up for other shortcomings, which in turn can lead to chaos.

Unfortunately, in recent years, we have witnessed that reputable insurance organizations, while purchasing medical services themselves, appear as members of the Supreme Council of Health Insurance and in the capacity of determining the tariffs for these services!

Therefore, the signatories of this text, while strongly supporting the esteemed organization of the medical system of the Islamic Republic as the top of the pyramid of the country's medical community and expressing strong concern about the current situation, In the country and until the legal process of this important, calls for a change in the composition of the members of the Supreme Insurance Council with the presence of one representative with one voting right from insurance organizations and institutions and the membership of two representatives of the country's medical associations in addition to the representative of the Medical System Organization.
